Site is down
Permalink
Morning,
Please move if this is within the wrong forum section.
Having an issue at the moment with a client’s site where it no longer loads the website or any of its pages.
The site has been live for a couple of months and has been functioning fine up until today.
We’re trying at the moment to ascertain whether there is a concrete5 or server related.
We can load static html pages and other assets, images, css. Pinging the server is successful as well as being able to connect via ftp.
Getting no immediate front end errors displaying, have asked the clients server support to look into the log files as well as a server reboot.
I’m just wondering in the meantime if anyone has ever had pervious issues, or if there is anything concrete5 side that could cause the site to go down?
Thanks in advance,
Charlie

Cache corruption (usually only if the site has been moved, but worth checking) - delete everything inside /cache folder.
Has someone clicked an upgrade link in the dashboard?
Could be code inside a block that is causing a fatal error - check the log table in the db for errors - check your apache / php error logs - if you don't know how to access them, try putting the site into development mode (if you can access the dashboard) to have any errors displayed on screen.
If you're still stuck, feel free to private message me with your server info and I'll take a look for you...
