I might add that I have looked through support and get many different ways to change, from code changes, to something called a scrapbook. This is lame documentation of Concrete5's part. They should step up to the plate with this.
If you are using the latest version of Concrete5, you can just put any page into 'Edit Mode' and replace the 'Content' block (which has your site name) with an 'Image' block.
Step 1: Put the page in 'Edit' mode -> Click on your 'Site Name' -> Select 'Delete' from the list.
Step 2: Click on 'Add to Sitewide Name' -> Select 'Add Block' -> Select 'Image' from the 'Add Block' list (should be the 11th one down) -> 'Choose Image'

Hi Wagdi,
This doesn't seem to work with the very latest upgrade - I followed the instructions and removed the Site Name stack but can't now return.
I have several sites with Concrete 5 - one older with the Scrapbook upload, without problems. It seems to be only the current version.
Any ideas?
Many thanks,
David

Has there been any resolution to this? It is not as intuitive as it should be...
I think if you want something other than the text in the Site attribute then you need to create an editable global area in your theme for the site name logo and then just put what you want in there ...text, forms or images.
