Its says an unexpected error has occurred, invalid task permission, can this be wiped or something? I just want to be able to access it, at least.

The thing is, i cant access any instance of the website, so i cant do anything...
What happened before you received this message? Did you upgrade, etc?
It appears that your site is working now ... what did you do to repair it?
I updated it then it stopped working, I had to erase the entire thing and re make it. I went into CPanel and did it.
