Sitemap Building

Hi,
Can someone please remind me how to create the "parent pages" in the Full Sitemap section of the dashboard?
I deleted my previous sitemap and now it will only let me add "child pages" under the one "parent page" I left there.

All pages in your site are subpages to your Home page (page with cID=1), but the first level of subpages will be presented as first level.

Home              //cID=1 shown as parent on level 1
- About us        //parent on level 1
  - Figures       //subpage on level 2
  - Openings      //subpage on level 2
- Contact         //parent on level 1
  - Sales         //subpage on level 2
  - Marketing     //subpage on level 2
