Slideshow block not showing on some browsers.
Hi Everyone,
I am new to concrete5 and I am absolutely loving the simplicity, as are my clients.
However, every slideshow block I have used is problematic. It works brilliantly on most browsers but for some reason they do not work on some versions of IE and older versions of Chrome. Every slideshow block I use has this problem. The website in question is kilvineparish.ie
Does anyone know of a slideshow block which works, with no problems, on ALL browsers??
Thanks in advance,
Clive.

IE is the main problem: as usual! IE version 5.5 and 6 and the most problematic. I will test your plugin and see. Cheers!
Hi There, Regarding IE5.5 and 6, I think you may find that a lot of devs have dropped support for these browsers, they are exceptionally old, I appreciate that some corporate sectors use these old versions of IE and dont have any choice in the matter, but as far as finding add-ons and themes that are fully compatible with IE 5.5 and 6 you may find that an uphill struggle, there are some very prominent design studios that have ceased supporting IE6 and 7!
Hi, Thank you for the comment. Yes I totally agree. This particular client is on IE6. I guess I need to explain the need of upgrading their browser as oppose to looking for a solution!!!
Hi there, that is probably the route I would take too, having said that it might be an idea to have a look at Hostco' s add-on as sometimes convincing a client of something is easier said than done :)
Good luck with your project

What version of ie are you testing on?
We offer an image slider that works great in most browsers.

Test the demo on the browsers giving you trouble. This may be a good solution for you.
