slideshow not always showing

I have a single page site with an amiant image gallery on it. When I go tohttp://www.mysite.com, everything looks perfect. When I go to mysite.com (without the www.) everything but the image gallery shows up.
Is there a setting somewhere I couldn't find? I looked through everything and it appears that it should be working fine. I'm pretty sure this is something I have done and not an Amiant gallery issue.
