I have one in the marketplace called social share. It has both a connect block (fb, twitter, etc icons) and a share block that allows you to like, tweet, the page link. Multiple configurations for both blocks.

I am going to get it after C5.5 upgrade, I expect.
FYI-the Social Share buttons on your website are cut off in my iPad2 Safari Browser:

this one is the best i think.
it turn off external link before click, save performance.
