My blog page (which formerly was doing fine...) suddenly became missing when I opened up my site on my browser, but when I logged on to edit it, it was there as usual.

I tried to see if there was some code wrong somewhere, did see something odd, but didn't change it because I am such a novice. I kept looking, it kept being that way, for maybe a week.

I continued to do little unrelated updates, and then getting back after several days, the page showed up just on opening the site.

What's with that? Do other people get surprises like that? A little disconcerting, though this was a shift I liked.
