Source ordering on columns?

Is it possible for the minimally-programming-inclined to make responsive grid columns source order? For example, I'd like to have one desktop 6-grid column pushed 6 grid units and another pulled 6 grid units so on a mobile device the right column would be on top of the left column.
On desktop display there would be 2, 6-grid columns next to each other. On mobile, each column is 12 units.
