Spacing issue with layouts since core upgrade...

has anyone else noticed that the spacing between columns in a Layout doesn't work since the core upgrade.
Just double checked it and no matter what figure I put in there, the spacing doesnt happen...

We have noticed the same issue.

Be sure to read all the way to the bottom. Some have said that this fix doesn't work, but if you read all the way to the bottom, you'll understand why it's not working for them, and how you can make it work for you.
