special letters

Hi,
I got problems width letters in my language (Slovnia.) When I type in TinyEditor it looks fine but when its publish I get "?". It's weird because outer’s special letters works fine. Letterer is: Č č

I think you're going to have to alter your database's encoding. See this thread (and the associated answer) here:
