Standard C5 form block not working for me

When I add the standard form block, every time I try to add a question, nothing happens, nada.
I have tried IE, Chrome and FF.
Don't know if just me but since the update, although things are quicker, they also seem a lot buggier. eg, I have to log out then in again a lot when working with content blocks.

I just ran into the same problem.

Turned out for me jQuery was getting included twice and it was causing a js error on the page.

I thnk that makes sense...

I have a link to Googles CDN jQuery library, and I also link to a local .js file to make the selectivzr work for CSS3 elements.

I assume that's not the right thing to do.
