Stopping everyone from copying images & text from my website

Hi all,

I am very new to website development and am not sure if this is possible or not but is there any way of stopping people from copying text and images from my website?

No.

The closest you will get is publishing PDFs where rights have been added to stop copying and pasting, printing, etc. But even then there are ways around it.

If you want to protect images, put up lower resolution images, perhaps with watermarks.
