Store results in a folder: - Error on Form pages

I am trying to disable a form, from storing form results on conrete5 and emailing them direct, so no data is stored on the server.
How ever, the tick box for
"Store results in a folder:"
Can't be un-ticked and saved if i do un-tick it and click save on an active form and a new form on a new page, it doesn't update? it stays ticked and automatically stores the results on the form results page. I can't update this setting on any form anywhere?
