Strange Stack problem, can't edit one of them

I suspect it relates to my editing a html block with an audio player in it. Tweaked audio tag html and now it partially loads where it lives one page site. I also can't edit that stack item. The others work fine.

I've cleared the cache, but the version history options I can't get to work.

Did you try to isolate the problem?
Create a new stack with just the block that's causing troubles.
Also use a tool like firebug to check for errors.
