Strange textual error when viewing sitemap

Hi everyone,
I'm currently developing a site for a client on concrete5 and I've encountered a strange error. Any time I view the sitemap I get a strange textual error in place of where the pages should be (see attachment). When I refresh the page, however, it displays correctly.
Any idea what could be causing this?
