Chaps,
I am sorry this is probably an incredibly daft question but this is driving me nuts.
We only have two users on our site - a named Administrator and another that allows the cadet NCOs on the unit to log in to update specific parts of the website.
I want to give the CdtNCO account administrator priviliges but I am damned if I can figure out how.
We have an administrators group obviously but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add another user to that group....

Click on the username of the user you want to add to a group.
Click on the 'Edit User' button.
Click on the 'Add Group' button and choose group.
