Suggested Page List Block additions

v8.3.2
Page List block has lots of features, certainly a lot more than the old v5.6. But...
Add an option to make the title only display when items are present in the resulting query.
If displaying of page thumbnails is enabled, then entries for pages which do not have thumbnails should be displayed in alignment with those that do, rather than squished to the left.
Filtering/Sorting by arbitrary attributes, or at least some additional freedom to do some filtering/sorting. Seems like a shame to create a custom template and perform additional filtering/sorting when it could have been done by the original SQL query. And it would save having to make a custom template just to add some simple filtering/sorting.
[Edit]
Also an option to display just date rather than date/time.
And maybe fix the past/future filtering to use 'now' rather than 00:00:00 and 23:59:59, which seems to be at odds with displaying the time and seeing things in the past or future when one is supposedly filtering that out. The today option would still be 00:00:00 - 'now' of course.
