Superfish issues x 3

I have three issues with Superfish that I am trying to resolve with the menu bar (specifically the "Practice Areas" page,) located on this link:

Listed in order of priority, these issues are:

ISSUE #1. Sub-page titles in drop-down menu are functioning properly in IE, but they're not completely visible in Firefox, Safari or Chrome. I already tried the solutions suggested at:
http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/chat/help-superfish-dropd...
and
http://www.concrete5.org/community/forums/themes/superfish-menu-ie7...

ISSUE #2. I need to properly position (or remove) the arrow for "Practice Areas" so that it's not overlapping the text. How can I accomplish that?

ISSUE #3. For the drop-down page titles I are displaying properly in IE, I would like to make them less transparent -- or not transparent at all. Any suggestions?

Many thanks in advance!

I decided to switch to Ukao Menu instead and that seems to be easier to work with for my purposes. The transparency and arrows are no longer issues, but I am still trying to make the drop-downs completely visible in IE (working now in FF, Safari and Chrome.) I changed the header overflow to unhidden, which helped everywhere except IE. I also fiddled with the z-index for all of these:
#page #nav ul
#page #nav ul li
#page #nav ul a
#page #nav ul a:hover

Any suggestions would be much appreciated! Thanks.
