Superfish Menu - Changing width of dropdown

Hi,
I want to be able to apply a fixed width to just the dropdown of the Superfish menu. I am happy with the width/spacing of the top level of the menu but am having no luck finding the code (css etc) in order to make the change.
I have attached a screenshot to better explain what I'm meaning. Any help would be really appreciated.
