Superuser unable to edit blocks

Not sure what has happened, but logged in as admin (my superuser acct.) I am unable to edit any blocks on the theme page types I have created. I was able to edit them until today.
I haven't changed any permissions.

I added a Superfish menu in the page type defaults and added to child pages. After adding the menu, everything below the menu became un-editable.
After removing the Superfish menu from my page type defaults, I was then able to edit the page again.
I wonder if this is a Superfish bug?
