Sweet Karla - Linking to MindBody

Hi,
I have a site set up with "Sweet Karla" for my yoga business. I have gotten MindBody software to run my schedule and take online bookings. I would like that when clients click the "Schedule" tab in the site Header that it open the MindBody schedule page in a new window. I can't seem to find the pathway to make clicking on the header go anywhere but to the regular page.
Please help! And apologies if I chose the wrong forum section to post this in!

If you visit the Sitemap in the dashboard, you should be able to click on the home page, bringing up a menu. From that you can pick 'Add External Link', and add in your link to MindBody there. You can then move that around in the sitemap to change it's ordering on autonavs.
