Tax for payment method

Hi, I want to add a tax for each payment method on the ecommerce but so far i can't figure it out, it is possible? there is any tutorial about this?

Yes,
each one has a diferent tax value.

Im trying to put a value in each payment method and insert a line item in the order if it is possible. Now Im guessing how the line item in the order is inserted and what I need todo it by ajax with no success.
