The dashboard right menu should be clickable or accordion?

Look at this example (Left side bar)

...Rest of the menu

The parent ("Getting started") "not clickable "#" - Only opens the accordion child's

In concrete5:

Example:

File ("the parent")
-- File manager (first Li item)
-- Attributes
-- File sets

I want to go to "File sets":
Step 1: Click on "File" (parent)
Step 2: "where i am?" in "file manager"((first Li item) page ("but i dont ask this page") + open accordion
Step 3: Click on - "File sets"

Its really annoying!!

This is how the default menu should work?
