The in-context menu wont show

Hi, im having a problem with my custom theme i made. I'm not sure if its some code missing or not. But i use 
<?php $a = new Area('caption'); $a->display($c); ?>


and it shows up when i have logged in but nothing work when i click the "Add To caption" and still the top concrete edit bar doesn't show up!

Any ideas? Thanks in advance
