The MOVE feature isn't working today.

For some reason I can't move blocks around today. It worked the other day, but not today.

Did you just upgrade to IE9? There's a bug that prevents moving from working in IE9 unfortunately.
If that's not the case, try logging out, clearing your browser cache, restarting your browser, and logging in again.
