With the latest update to Concrete5 (5.6), there was an update to the way Pretty Urls are generated. Now it automatically strips out certain words like "the", "by", and other small words. While most of the time I don't see much of an issue with this, there are cases where it completely changes the meaning of the page, such as this one: http://www.gods-kingdom-ministries.net/daily-weblogs/2013/01-2013/p...
As you can see, it removed "by" from the url, which changed the meaning of the post.
Maybe there could be an option to disable this auto-removal of words, or something of the sort so we could avoid situations like this.
