Hello,
Last night, I uploaded a file while updating my webpage as usual, and then some minutes later when I tried to upload the next image, the upload-button was gone. (see attached image)

I´ve tried in two different browsers on the same computer and I´ve tried on a second computer on another network, but the issue is still the same. There is no upload button.

I use the theme "Innovation Theme" (if that has anything to do with it..?)

Can anyone help me, what have happend? (I have 363 files in the file manager and 250GB of space on my webhotell, so that shouldn´t be the issue.) If so, I would be much grateful, and thank you in the best way I can.
