The X is not showing up on my modal windows ever since I upgraded?

The X in the upper right hand corner of all of my modal windows that you use to close a modal window isn't showing at all ever since I upgraded? It's still there.. You can click on it if you know where it is.. but the X icon isn't showing anymore?

Please help..
