I am currently using the Theme Editor.
Where can I find the <h1> tag so I can erase the annoying "Home" title on my page?

What part of the advice was confusing you? Several people took the time to answer your question. Have you installed a FTP program as per the original advice?

Do to myurl.com/dashboard/pages/types/ click on "defaults" for the page type you are using and you can edit it there. If you need to make more significant changes you can edit the page type through your FTP. Use a FTP client (filezilla for example) and navigate you way to your theme folder and find the php document that cooresponds with your page type.
There are various articles about editing page types and how to do it so that an update doesn't overwrite them.
