Theme How to faq ?

Hello,
hopefully you can help me? I try to create my personal Company Theme! My Problem is that my knowledge of Webdesign is very limited! How do i create a Theme step by step faq, would be very nice! I tried so far (http://www.codeblog.ch/de/2009/01/concrete5-theme-erstellen/) but i failed! Help would be very nice or a link were i can get further knowledge for creating a theme!

There are a lot of little snippets on how to create a theme here on the site. A good start is in the help area. Both under Editing Content and in the Developers section. Specifically, Understanding and Building Themes in Concrete. That is in the Developers section of the Help page.
Otherwise, look through the forum or come to the irc channel on Freenode to ask more :)
