If you really enjoy "tinkering" with code, I'd recommend starting with a free theme you like the looks of and then trying your hand at modifying it to get a custom look similar to what you have found (well over 100 free themes in the marketplace and I Google'd and spotted way over 500 on my first page of search results)
Otherwise, the modest charge for Clearview or Night City is well worth the quality of product being offered, not to mention the support available to you from the authors.

Hard to go wrong either way. Have fun with it!

Thanks guys for your quick reply, I think that I'll create a new theme and play around with it. Aero is okay, but I was looking for the menu style in clearview.

I'm allowed to download areo and make adjustments to it right? because if so, I think that ill do that.

yeah, as long as you keep the link in the footer. I was thinking aero
would be a good base for starting to make a theme like clearview, since
it has the background image.
