Thumbnails not showing on gallery

Hi,

I have a Touch Gallery enabled on my website.
I cant see the thumbnails but when i click on it i can see the Full screen image popup.
Also the image is in the filemanager and if i check the properties of the image and copy past its link i can see the image in a new tab of a browser.

For information i move from local to live server.

Any ideas ?

What version of concrete5 are you using?

Before you moved from your local to your live server, did you disable caching and clear the cache?

Just a guess, but if you are on 5.7, I wonder if you need to rescan your images to generate new thumbnails.

Hi,

I empty all the cache before moving live.
And i'm using the 5.6.3.3 version of C5. (in attached file my Environnment info)

Dont knwo what happend but even rescanning the file nothing come out.
I have alos a upload problem where the filemanager retunr me this error

An unknown error occurred while uploading the file. Please check that file uploads are enabled, and that your file does not exceed the size of the post_max_size or upload_max_filesize variables.
File Uploads: 1
Max Upload File Size: 60M
Post Max Size: 60M


Maybe both are link ? But for this i'm sure that Upload are ON and limit is ok.

And on the ABOUT US page i did create a new gallery using a new AddOn and i still cant see the thumbnails but images are here.

Maybe Folder permission ?
