Tiny MCE does not loaded properly
Permalink
Hello,
I have upgraded my concrete5 from 5.4.0.5 to 5.4.1 both at my local server (for dev and testing) and at my online server (production). In local server, it seems have no problem. But in online server, the Tiny MCE does not loaded properly.
I have checked the number of files, file sizes, etc regarding concrete/js/tiny_mce directory (since I only need to replace the concrete directory for upgrading to 5.4.1). All seems ok.
I also try to clear both cache (in the concrete system) and browser cache, even using other browser that I never used before with no luck.
The editor still looks like on the attachment.
Anyone know why? Until now, I cannot edit anything on my sites :(

Oh well. I've try your advice by using firebug on firefox and even inspect element of chrome. They states that some files are returned as code 404 (not found) where they actually exist in the host. After the host is inaccessible couple of times (I don't know if it down or under maintenance, I don't get any report on it), now Tiny MCE suddenly working out of the blue. So I guess this is a server problem, not a Concrete5/Tiny MCE problem.
sounds like permission - can you look at your error log for both apache and php and see what might be there...
EXPERIENCE TALKING: OLD MAN
Depending on what the "local server" is WAMP, and old computer running as a server, and actual rack - the better you can simulate you REAL server the better, that said if you're running CPanel run a "backup" via "remote FTP" and the permission for files and username will remain in place.. saves you time, running Putty, SSH and a how list of things to do...
OR, try something new.... XENU.... WYSIWYGPRO... there are a number of editors out there that might / should work with this system ( developers unite! )....
