I am seeing Tiny MCE stuff in older posts. Are we able to install this in 5.7? I am trying to get more control of my block editing, don't know CSS or PHP yet so I need a crutch.

All the block types like Content etc leave the finished item looking sloppy at best.

If we are able to use Tiny MCE please let me know exactly which page to put it in etc.

but there are so many PHP pages in these CMSs I don't know my way around yet.

Open to any other editing help tools as well.
