TinyMCE editor heading + paragraph styling

The discussion and "patch" that is suggested at this thread:

should be included in all future system updates of concrete5.
All clients and editors NEED to see the final outcome in the editor to understand the styling that they need to apply when making edits.
PLEASE include this in future updates, and not make this a somewhat complicated "update" for developers to perform.
