TinyMCE Table controls

Hey!

I've been trying to use the "Custom" TinyMCE configuration so I can pull headings 1 - 6, but I can't freakin' get the table controls to appear. Can someone help me?? Here's what I've got:

theme : "concrete",
plugins: "inlinepopups,spellchecker,safari,advlink,table,spellchecker,iespell,noneditable",
editor_selector : "ccm-advanced-editor",
spellchecker_languages : "+English=en",
theme_advanced_buttons1 : "cut,copy,paste,pastetext,pasteword,|,undo,redo,|,styleselect,formatselect,fontsizeselect,fontselect",
theme_advanced_buttons2 : "bold,italic,underline,strikethrough,|,justifyleft,justifycenter,justifyright,justifyfull,|,bullist,numlist,|,outdent,indent,blockquote,|,link,unlink,anchor,|,forecolor,backcolor,|,image,charmap,emotions",
theme_advanced_buttons3 : "cleanup,code,help,charmap,insertdate,inserttime,visualchars,nonbreaking,pagebreak,hr,|tablecontrols",
theme_concrete_blockformats : "p,address,pre,h1,h2,h3,h4,h5,h6,div,blockquote,cite",
theme_concrete_toolbar_align : "left",
theme_concrete_fonts : "Andale Mono=andale mono,times;Arial=arial,helvetica,sans-serif;Arial Black=arial black,avant garde;Book Antiqua=book antiqua,palatino;Comic Sans MS=comic sans ms,sans-serif;Courier New=courier new,courier;Georgia=georgia,palatino;Helvetica=helvetica;Impact=impact,chicago;Symbol=symbol;Tahoma=tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif;Terminal=terminal,monaco;Times New Roman=times new roman,times;Trebuchet MS=trebuchet ms,geneva;Verdana=verdana,geneva;Webdings=webdings;Wingdings=wingdings,zapf dingbats",
theme_concrete_font_sizes : "1,2,3,4,5,6,7",
theme_concrete_styles: "Note=ccm-note,teal=teal,LightTeal=lt-teal,gray=gray",
spellchecker_languages : "+English=en"

Any help would be awesome. Thanks!!

Screenshot of what your are/aren't seeing please?
I see you've added them to your custom editor. I just did the same on my sandbox site and they show up in my Format window and can be selected. Of course I don't have H4-6 in my typography so although it shows right in html mode when selected, there is no visual difference when published.
Is this what you mean?
