Title for text area on form not positioned correctly

In a form block on my site, when I add a text area, the title for that area appears at the bottom of the text area. In preview, it shows it correctly at the top of the text area - right where someone starts to type in a response. I've cleared my cache on my browser and website and it doesn't fix. I have another site that this is not a problem. Any ideas? Oh, I also have Ajax Form installed.
