TITLE ON WEBSITE

I need some help. This is probably something dumb but, I can't figure out how to change the title of my webpage ie., either remove it, or change the font etc.. It is not properly spaced and I don't even remember how it got there in the first place!

If anyone can help me that would be FANtastic!
