Totally messed up using Intelligent search to speed up loading my pages

I really felt that I could rely on the intelligent search tutorial on how to speed up the loading of my pages. I followed 5 steps which as stated was supposed to get my pages loading faster. What I have now is a total screw up wherein some video clips I had in an html block are now failing to appear. Can someone help me please! my website is listed below
