Hello All,

An issue has come up while translating a site I'm working on that didn't happen in older versions.

For example, the registration page is in Spanish on the code side... but for some reason it continues to render in English on the visitor side no matter what I do. It's not a cache thing because it happens on browsers that visit the site for the first time.

Are there like twin files actually being called from a folder I don't know about?

I never had this problem in older versions...can anyone help?
