trouble logging in.

Hi,
I have trouble logging back to "edit" when I'm logged into a different Internet provider (so I think). I have recreated my website 3 times, I don't want to do it again.
Can someone advise me if there is anything I can do to stop this from happening? I would like to be able to access my website wherever needed.
