Tweaking the Register Page

Hello all,
I am looking at the Register page, and wanting to tweak, from the captcha to this MathGuard, as having to deal with robots/spam and they usually come through the captcha.
Here is the link to where I found MathGuard, as I figure that I would try and see if this might work?

Is there a way to get this to work on concrete?
