Unable to add multiple files from incoming directory in File Manager

Hello All,
I'm having challenges with adding multiple files from the incoming directory. I’m unable to select files in File Manager from the Incoming directory. They appear there but the check box to select then does not exist, so I can't incorporate large files to a particular page (in this case videos). I’m running Concrete 5.6.2.1 See attached. Thanks any help you can provide would be much appreciated.
