Unable to add pages

Hi,
since migrating a concrete5 project to the production server, I am unable to add any pages. Additionally, when opening the add page dialog, not all page types are displayed, there a two navigation buttons, but both are disabled.
Is there any possibility to check for errors?
C5 seems not to write any logs, despite of enabling logging in the main menu.

As I can reimport the complete site to my windows xp environment I guess C5 relies on certain features being enabled, which might not be valid in a restricted production environment?
Can you paste the text from your Dashboard > Sitewide Settings > Debug > Environment ?
When you see both navigation buttons but both disabled, is your browser reporting any Javascript errors?
