Unable to add table Unable to access the file manager error

I have a new install of 5.4.0.5, trying add some basic content, images, text, etc. I tried to add a table and some images inside the table. When I click the add image from the library I get Unable to access the file manager error. If i just try to add a table with just text in it, i get an error and then it shows me my website inside of the error box and I get kicked out. I have to sign back in.
