Unable to connect to database

Unfortunately my website http://www.clmchurch.co.uk is currently down. When I try to reach the website, it simply says 'Unable to connect to database'.
Is this likely to be a Concrete5 issue, or an issue with domain/hosting? I believe that the domain/hosting is currently with 1&1

It could be the wrong details in the config file or it could be that 1&1 have issues with the database server..
I see your site is using concrete5.6.1 so your database details are stored in the root/config/site.php file.
Unless you've changed something recently, I'd guess that your hosting's database server has died and needs to be restarted.
