Unable to edit HOME page - Edit button vanished

The Edit/Dashboard/Sign Out buttons have vanished across the top of my home page. They are there for every other page on my site, but for some reason not on the Home page. Any idea how/why they've disappeared? Or how I can edit my home page without the Edit button?

Screencaps attached - thanks in advance!

It's probably because of a JavaScript error. Are you familiar with Chrome DevTools? If you switch to the console tab and you refresh the page, you'll likely see an error which could point you into the right direction.

Another approach would be to go to the sitemap and revert changes by going back one or more versions.

I tried reverting to a version that showed the toolbar, but once it was approved, the toolbar disappeared on the active page.

I'm not familiar with Chrome DevTools - is that something I need to add, or is it accessible via the Dashboard?

Ah, I found it - but have no idea what it means!

Ok, the jQuery plugin perfectScroll doesn't work. Did you buy the theme? If so you can try to submit a support ticket. You can also try to remove the perfectScroll from your theme.
