Unable to Edit Home page

I don't know what happened cause I didn't really change anything but every time I click edit on a block, and then update, it opens a new "untitled" tab with nothing on it and won't update the block on the home page. Not sure how to fix it since it didn't have this problem before a couple days ago. Any suggestions?

I've also made sure the permissions haven't changed, and that the index file is where it's supposed to be on the server, but yeah, didn't change anything.
