Unable to edit, publish, signin, or go to the dash board

I was uploading an image when I noticed that my toolbar had vanished and I was not able to sign in or anything.
Same thing is happening to me right now. Anyone have any helpful info? Thanks in advance.
You can usually get to the dashboard directly at
yoursite.com/index.php/dashboard/
Once there, go to the sitemap and try reverting the page version of whatever page you were on when things went wrong.
